Confirmation Receipt
All online entries will receive an email confirmation receipt sent to your compulsory email address given at the time of registration. This confirmation will be sent to you within 5 mins of successfully registering online. Please ensure you check your “Junk email” filter to ensure you have this.
Postal entries will NOT receive a confirmation entry, please feel free to call us to check if we have received your entry. If you have been charged on your credit card, you are entered into the event.
Please bring with you either the confirmation email receipt or identification to collect your race pack.
Refunds and Transfers
There will be NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. Any competitors that are unable to compete, entry fee will be donated to charity.
To another competitor
In the event that you can not race, you may transfer your entry to another competitor. The latest time to apply for a transfer will be Friday 19 March 2010 at 1pm – NO EXCEPTIONS.
To another event
If you can not compete in your nominated distance, you will be allowed to transfer to a lesser distance.
There will be no refund of the difference in entry fees.
